About the Owner

Our Inspiration

As an infant/toddler, Talitha’s nickname was ‘Sunny’, or ‘Sunshine’ as she was always caught smiling or laughing.
As a child, and as she got older, she became more shy and withdrawn from others. Learning became a struggle. Grades did not come easy. But thanks to her devoted and dedicated teachers who loved God and had the patience needed to educate her, Talitha learned to love the art of teaching.
As a teenager, her one desire was to be actively involved in her youth group. She loved God with all her heart and fell in love with Jesus through her mistakes and struggles that teenage life brings. She graduated High School from Abeka Academy with the idea of going into the mission field.
As a young adult going away to a Christian college, Talitha learned to soley depend on God and drew close to Him in her time away from home. She attended college at Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Fl. where she later changed her major from Missions to Elementary Education. She then realized that serving as a teacher of any age group is a mission in itself.
After college, Talitha met and married her husband, Israel Curry. They have been married since Feb. 18, 2016.
She and Israel have been serving since June of 2019 in youth and children’s ministry as youth Pastor’s at the River of Life Fellowship, where Israel’s grandparents founded in 1969.
Talitha (Mrs. Curry) has been teaching inside of a licensed facility since Sept. of 2017, with many other forms of teaching along the way.
A recent accomplishment in Mrs. Curry’s life was winning the Golden Apple Teacher Award hosted by KNWA which aired publicly in Dec. of 2020.
Talitha is very pleased to now be able to incorporate both of her life’s interests in one setting at Righteous Arrows as she exercises Christian ethics and morale into her business practices.

At Righteous Arrows, our inspiration to create a nurturing and educational environment for children comes from our deep faith, love for children, passion for teaching, and desire to give back to the community. We believe that every child is a precious gift and deserves the best care and education possible.
